Our Stem Racing team has 6 members with different roles, responsibilities and skills, and everyone does their job.
She designs the car and the stand. Tests and optimizes the car using both CAD and physical prototypes, ensuring everything is within the rules and regulations. Being also responsible for creating our technical drawings and website.
He secured our sponsorships, building partnerships and managing budgets. He contacts them and discusses our proposal in meetings, both online and in person. Also organizes our agenda and calendar.
She is responsible for our social media, she took photos and recorded part of our process and posted them on our social media, making sure we had contact with the public.
Helps our marketing director with our social media, making more posts than recording or taking photos. Builds public presence and interacts online.
Launches the car during races, has a good reaction time and represents technical performance in events. He is the 'face' of our team.
She makes sure we have an identity. She designs our logo, branding, merchandising, visual assets and the portfolio design.
This year we had the support of several sponsors and we wouldn't have gotten here without them and our effort as a team.
Our car took a long time to develop, and we really wanted to perform better in the national stage. To achieve this, we relied on the help of our teachers, Carlos Neves and Igor Alçada.
Our partners made it all possible, from the booth to our clothing and the car itself.
Next year, we intend to participate again, with more knowledge, experience, and above all, determination.

When we got to work after 2024 we decided to simplify our team name, from Lightning Pro MG to just Lightning Pro.
Our team had the support of two teachers in particular: Carlos Neves, from the subject of Mechanical Construction Design – Molds, and Igor, from the subject of Communication and Marketing.
